Bowtied by Big Phil’s is my full service wedding catering company. We have built a team to make your experience unforgettable, and we believe that all starts with the menu. We collaborate with you on a rehearsal menu for your guests to love. Gain confidence in having us host your dinner with our tasting. We will handle all of the set up, efficiently serve your guests, and delight them with our quality and performance. Booking with us is booking with an owner eager to impress, and communicating with the person who will be on site for your rehearsal dinner. Furthermore, we will happily travel to serve your rehearsal dinner at another location if you would like to host the dinner at home or in a different environment.

We are here to create a menu that you can proudly serve your guests. There are several facets that go into making the food that you would like served – most importantly is your personal tastes. If you have been able to dine with us before, we are happy to use a selection of our menu items, but we are more than happy to go off menu and create something special. Our talented chef is happy to offer a tasting for you to select the items you would like to see.
We host a full bar with knowledgeable bartenders able to create our drinks to perfection, with the possibility of adding in a drink special to your relationship.

As a business owner, when I recognized my control over who I have working, I decided to prioritize happy and passionate servers to work in my restaurant. While it might sound obvious in text, recognizing the importance of who is serving is paramount to our guests having a delightful time.
You will have a server and staff that are only there for you and to act as the concierge for the evening. With the menu already laid out, we are given the job of guiding you and your guests through a delightful evening with friends. That is where we perform to our best.
