Another great Philadelphia staple, the roast pork sandwich, brought to Pottstown. Using our local supplier, we bring in trimmed pork tenderloin that we put our own blend of seasonings on to make it our own. Next, we cook and then finally, slice and portion out the pork so every sandwich comes out as it should.
Each order begins with garlic and butter in a pan, then we add in our blanched broccoli rabe. After warmed, we incorporate the portioned sliced roast pork into the pan. Finally, once the entire pan is warm, we melt hand sliced provolone cheese right on top.
Next when the pan is filled with melty cheese and warm pork, we slide the filling onto a long roll and slice. Furthermore, our sandwich is served with a house made au jus for dipping. We believe that great sandwiches come from quality products and procedures. Therefore, you get to enjoy a flavorful roast pork sandwich that will have you feeling more Philly by the minute.

I built this restaurant in 2021 from the experience I had at my father’s restaurant growing up in combination with the influences of my favorite restaurants from my time in several cities while in college. I am proud of our products and the integrity that we have when serving our customers. Therefore, we value not only the taste of our product, but the way we serve it to you. We are deliberate, and we want you to enjoy the food you have to the highest degree when you eating lunch or dinner at our restaurant.
Our largest supplier, Hurter Food Distributors, is a five minute drive from here. They buy local products that we use on a daily basis. Henceforth, we use Cooper Cheese, right out of Philly, Kunzler Bacon from Lancaster, rolls from Corropolese, and various other products local to our community.
Finally, our produce exclusively comes from the Philadelphia Wholesale Produce Market and is delivered fresh four days a week to make sure we serve you the freshest food we can.
