For the better part of the last year I have been spending my time trying to get my name thrown into the mix for a great local caterer. We have been fortunate enough to feed companies for their holiday parties, host and cater weddings, or just provide lunch for a small group who wanted to celebrate a coworker. I have invested everything made on these events into equipment that can be used for future events, and all I am after is a chance with so many!
