Smash burgers pressed in house with local beef
Big Phil’s Burger – an American classic – is portioned and pressed in-house by us. To make the best burger, you better know your ingredients. Therefore, our ground beef is supplied fresh from a Pennsylvania Dutch staple, R&R Provisions. In order to make the best product, over 1/3-pound of beef is smashed thin into two patties, our burgers are fresh and never frozen. Next, when you order our burger, we put two patties on the grill, season with salt and pepper and sear on both sides to lock in the flavor. Finally we melt freshly sliced muenster cheese on the burger patties and top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles.
Looking to try what many consider our best burger? Then try our Bacon Jammin’ Burger. Our house-made bacon jam is slow cooked and adds a balance of sweet, salty, and smoky in each bite. Then we finish with sliced and gooey Gruyère cheese that pairs perfectly with the thick bacon jam. In conclusion, we believe that you’ve found the best burger you could ask for.

I built this restaurant in 2021 from the experience I had at my father’s restaurant growing up in combination with the influences of my favorite restaurants from my time in several cities while in college. I am proud of our products and the integrity that we have when serving our customers. Therefore, we value not only the taste of our product, but the way we serve it to you. We are deliberate, and we want you to enjoy the food you have to the highest degree when you eating lunch or dinner at our restaurant.
Our largest supplier, Hurter Food Distributors, is a five minute drive from here. They buy local products that we use on a daily basis. Henceforth, we use Cooper Cheese, right out of Philly, Kunzler Bacon from Lancaster, rolls from Corropolese, and various other products local to our community.
Finally, our produce exclusively comes from the Philadelphia Wholesale Produce Market and is delivered fresh four days a week to make sure we serve you the freshest food we can.
