Bowtied by Big Phil’s is my full service wedding catering service company. We have built a team to make your experience unforgettable, and we believe that all starts with the menu. We collaborate with you on a wedding menu for your guests to love with our tasting, handle all of the set up, staff the event, and leave the space spotless afterwards. Booking with us is booking with enough manpower to cater over 300, or to create a plated meal for a tight knit rehearsal dinner! Bowtied by Big Phil’s is here to create memorable cocktail hours, featuring crafted drinks you would find in a speakeasy along side bites that complement your love. From a stocked raw bar with fresh seafood to a charcuterie table made from local cheeses – we are happy to make your vision for your day a reality.
We have our own mobile bar that can be easily transported and customized to fit the theme of your wedding, with all necessary tools and equipment.
The staff I will use for your wedding are employees I have worked with daily and who I trust to take care of your wedding.
I only work with happy & competent people, and I look forward to serving your guests. My employees are taught that any request made by the wedding party is to be followed as if it is from me so that we can make sure your event goes to plan.
