– 5% of the subtotal from any event, from a rehearsal dinner to a full wedding, will be paid in cash to you upon payment by client to me.
– A free dinner for 2 with drink included for any client deposit received that can be used by you at any time.

I started our catering company after Big Phil’s Bar & Grill, our brick and mortar restaurant, kept getting requests to do parties. I knew we needed to have a separate brand to extend our scratch food into the realm of premium parties for clients that may not have visited my restaurant. We make killer food, from the ground up. The only thing we don’t do in house are the french fries, chips and pretzels. Frankly, because I didn’t feel like learning how to make pretzels and I like fries from the freezer, sue me. Come check us out. Drinks and food on us.

We will be serving complimentary hor d’oeurves, drinks as well as stations such as our raw bar, charcuterie and desserts so you may see our abilities.
While of course this is me trying to gain your trust – it is also an opportunity to get to know our community of wedding related vendors.
